convenient location

dirty room

A disappointing welcome

The nearby restaurants were fantastic, and you could easily access the highway and Walmart. It was convenient for my travel plans.

I found stains everywhere, and the dirty sheets made me question my decision to stay. It was just plain uncomfortable.

Helpful and responsive staff.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The room was filthy, and I found hair in the shower. Additionally, my fridge didn't work, which was frustrating. I was kept awake all night by the noise from the floor above, and the atmosphere in the hallways felt unsafe with people loitering around.

The ice machine only on the first floor was out of order!!! The back door for unloading luggage not functioning was inconvenient!!! The shower gel spilled and was not cleaned after housekeeping service!!!

It was just a fine choice for one night in O'Fallon with extraordinarily good value for money. The fridge in the room was covered in black mold, making it unusable. Make sure to check the cleanliness of your room before unpacking.

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed visiting the Gateway Arch and catching a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the staff was fantastic. Plus, it was just a short drive to the family sports park. Highly recommend for a fun group getaway!

We did have a hiccup with the WiFi password since the phone in our room wasn't connected, which made it a bit inconvenient to get the code.

I stayed for 3 nights in a King Room and appreciated the hotel's proximity to restaurants and easy highway access. However, the cleanliness was noticeably lacking—the sink and toilet weren't properly cleaned, and there was a moldy smell in the bathroom. The breakfast area could also use better food options and more attentive service.
